I started as a network engineer in 2008. Worked my way through systems integration, presales, and now collaboration architecture at Cisco. Along the way I picked up CCNP Collaboration, Cisco AITECH, and a Master's in Management Information Systems from BINUS.
But here's the thing — most of the smartest collaboration and AI tooling I deal with at Cisco is overkill for a 10-person business. What small medium businesses actually need is someone who's seen the full spectrum and can tell them which 20% of the toolbox to actually pick up.
